At DefRock Sounds, we sell digital products such as preset packs, sample packs, and sound design tools delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Digital Products

All products sold on DefRock Sounds are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

By purchasing a digital product from our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the product is delivered electronically,
• access to the files is provided immediately after purchase,
• you waive your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the download or access process has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for digital products. However, we may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

• duplicate purchases,
• corrupted or inaccessible files,
• major technical issues that cannot be resolved,
• accidental multiple charges.

European Union Customers

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once the download or streaming process has begun with the customer’s prior consent.

By purchasing and downloading products from DefRock Sounds, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the files has started.
