How to Install Presets for Xfer Serum
To get started, go ahead and download the archive with presets and unzip it. Once you have the files ready, open Xfer Serum in your DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro X, etc.).
1. Menu > Show Serum Presets Folder
2. Open the 'Presets' folder
3. We recommend creating a folder named 'User' within the 'Presets' directory, then copying the new presets folder into it to keep things organized
4. Menu > Rescan Folders on Disk
5. The new presets folder will appear under 'User'

Troubleshooting Tips
• Presets Not Appearing: Double-check the folder paths to ensure the preset, table, and noise files are in the correct directories. If Serum still doesn't recognize the new presets, try restarting your DAW. Sometimes, this step is necessary for Serum to recognize the changes. If the presets still don't appear, try restarting your computer.
• Tables or Noises Not Found: If Serum is not finding the tables or noises, ensure these files are placed in their respective folders. If the preset pack includes 'Tables' and 'Noises' folders, be sure to copy these to their respective directories as well.
Wavetables: Place the wavetable files in the 'Tables' directory located at:
macOS: ~/Library/Audio/Presets/Xfer Records/Serum Presets/Tables/
Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Tables\
Noises: Place the noise files in the 'Noises' directory located at:
macOS: ~/Library/Audio/Presets/Xfer Records/Serum Presets/Noises/
Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Noises\
